This is such a beautiful shop, bursting with unique and wonderful treasures. The knowledgeable, young lady we spoke with told us all about the studio and jewelry making. There is an upstairs that serves as a jewelry making studio for parties. What a fantastic idea! Highly recommend this wonderful shop and congrats on employing knowledgeable, personable people.

Figgy is seriously one of a kind. From handmade and personable jewelry to their beautiful set up on the floor. Each staff member always makes sure you are helped in any which way and that you leave happier then when you walked in. My favorite small, woman owned business!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place or the owners! The space was beautiful, clean and cozy. Everyone raved about the studio space and how it could be the perfect space for any event. Ellie and Crystal were beyond kind, welcoming and accommodating. Thank you, Figgy, for not only having the best shop in Rochester, but a phenomenal event space too!

I went to a design party at Figgy. The event space is super cute and comfortable. The store has lots of unique items available for purchase. I bought a couple of candles that were locally made. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Best shop for gifts, personal treats, bills gear, amazing good quality jewelry. Everyone has wonderful customer service and you can tell that the owners truly care about the customers, Figgy, and the Rochester community as a whole! Always hosting fundraisers and pop ups to support more local small businesses! Cannot recommend this shop more.

I booked a design party at Figgy for my birthday a couple years ago, and it was such an amazing time! My girlfriends and I still talk about how much fun we had. Fast forward to 2025.. I had the Figgy girls make my wedding jewelry, and I’m completely obsessed with the set. I love that it’s one of a kind and that I got to support local at the same time. They have created such a special, welcoming space, and I love that they champion local artists and organizations too. Definitely one of my favorite shops in Rochester!

I’ve been going to this store for many years including at their old location. I have jewelry pieces from the owners from before they had a shop and were doing pop ups- their jewelry is well made and lasts. I’ve designed a few pieces that they made for me including earrings with my children’s birthstones, a ring with family birthstones and a necklace. I love their jewelry but also love how they support the community and sell goods by other artists. Because of this, their shop has really unique things for sale and you never know what gems you will find! It’s a great place for gifts but I always end up with something for myself.

this is my first boutique i've been to since visiting Rochester. its soo cute and so lovely inside! there was a cat in there which tied everything together! i recommend this place if youre looking for a gift. i couldnt help but take so many pics cause the place was so cute
